Big credit yesterday. I started exercising at a time when I would be done by dinner time. However, my daughter called in the middle and I stopped. Went back and finished after dinner.

ermabom, WTG! Tuesday credits: Weighed - down 0.4 lb. Read new posts, posted Meditated Tracked Strength & flexibility exercises Ate sitting, mindfully Ended day 355 calories under plan Wrote plan for today DH has become friends with a worker at his gym - he becomes friends with everyone (who's cool). Anyway she and her friends and family prepare a huge Mexican spread for Christmas Eve, and she was excited to bring us some. So sweet. But, it was choncha (several sweet bread/rolls, large), a tamale (that we will eat) and some drink that I forget the name of that was like liquid pudding. We had little bits and I could feel my body going "no! no! no more!". We regretfully tossed the concha and drink. But it was very sweet of her!
