Thank you mare and lani for the healing vibes. Today is better. The pain med I took at night helped me sleep well and I'm determined not to slip up like I did yesterday and forget to take it till the pain is back! I walked and did my stretches yesterday. I found that I could put weight on my fist without pain. Obviously I won't be able to put weight on my wrist for quite a few weeks yet. I didn't discover this when the right hand was done.

I did the hunger tolerance till about 2:30 pm yesterday. Since I don't eat breakfast, this was a tolerance from the night before. I thought I could go till dinner but found I needed to eat to take my pain meds. I think this was a good exercise and went on for what used to be a normal duration from breakfast till dinner - skipping lunch. That is what I've done previously. This time I thought I'd try going for 22 hours but forgot that I need food to take the pain meds.
Didn't exercise yesterday because I was a bit tired. Will be doing so today. Also, my showering is limited as I have to put the hand in a bag and tape it up - can't wash hair. So I'm trying not to get too sweaty when exercising!

I nothing has been appealing to me at lunch for a couple of days, so I've just been having cheese. Hence the low calorie count. Also the way GI is acting I have to really watch the fiber. No fiber in the cheese!
