Good morning!
I am up early. I emptied the dishwasher and put dishes away, started a load of laundry and have come here to start us off. Later on is meal planning, making a shopping list and working on the patio garden. We’ll head to the local farm stand before hitting the grocery store. Tonight is grilled pork tenderloins. And sides to be decided later. Have a peaceful day. Lynn

Lynn, how do you prepare your pork tenderloin for grilling so that it doesn't dry out? That sounds very good.

Maryenne, I hope you didn’t have too long a day getting to Buffalo. It’s so nice that you can visit with Thomas. How long are you staying?
Lynn, thanks for sharing your experience with the surgery. I will have the second surgery in 3 weeks. Right now the difference is that the world looks brighter than it did.
Joyce, it’s great that you are able to support DGS and his sports teams. I miss the hockey games I used to attend when my DGS was growing up.
Don refused to visit with me today because he was talking with our aunt and uncle. It is so sad to see his mind mired in delusions.
I’m focusing on getting him cool clothes for the summer and keeping in touch with the staff on how he is doing.

nashville11 , DH made a dry rub for the pork. He constantly monitored it. In the past he has basted it with a sauce, like bbq or a marinade. We love that the tenderloins don’t take a long time to cook. We picked uo fresh green beans, summer squash and an onion at the farm stand today. Then we got a Mexican Street Corn salad at the market for a side. 1kflute , I m sorry that Don wasn’t up to a visit today. You are a good, loving sister. The second surgery was easy compared to the first. I was SO anxious about my first one. I hope maryenne is enjoying her birthday visit with Thomas and his family.
