Good early morning!

I spent yesterday reading a John Sanford book. Once I was into it, I couldn't put it down.

We will be on storm watch this week. Current maps have it coming our way. I think we have everything we need, including gas for the generator if the power goes out. The weather person said it will probably come on Wednesday if it does.

Maryenne, I thought of you when I saw the projected storm track. Fingers crossed it will not be too severe. Glad you have a generator.

Lynn, your store The Farmer's Daughter sounds lovely. We did stop at this one. It's more of a boutique, with lots of different items. It was very crowded so I only stayed a few minutes. Just too crowded to really look and see the merchandise, so I may go back sometime during the week when hopefully it will be easier to shop.

Esther, has your neighbor been successful in locating the source of the water leak?

We had rain overnight and we're supposed to have it off and on throughout the day. It really dropped the temperature, and we're in the 70s right now. All this week I think we are only supposed to be in the 80s. What a change--a very welcome one! It will likely just be a lazy day here.

Good morning!

It’s cloudy and cool here. I need to go out and get a couple of things at the store and that should be it for the day. Supposed to have a cook out with the family tonight, but not sure if the weather will cooperate. I need to get the suitcases out- the cats will get a little squirrelly when they see them. DS will be here with them while we are gone. They adore him.

Lynn, I cannot get suitcases out until the extreme last minute because Irene and/or Lucille take up residence in them.
