Good morning!
We’re off to the Berkshires for a quick weekend trip later this morning. We have flu shots this morning and then DH has a dentist appointment. We’ll be back either Sunday or Monday since I have class on Tuesday.
We are having a heat spell- hottest temperatures all summer! Just in time for the kids to go back to school! Most schools in RI don’t have AC in all the classrooms.
Joyce, when are you heading to Florida?
Maryenne- How are your classes coming along? It sounds like they keep you just busy enough. That’s how my classes are for me.
Esther- checking in worth you and Ruby. Hope all is well.

Lynn, enjoy your time in the Berkshires. I feel for the teachers and students in classroom without AC. Hopefully your heat wave will not last too long.
Maryenne, did you hear back from your doctor about the statins?

I have a haircut this morning, and it is about a week over due. Sometimes it seems like my hair grows faster than other times. I usually go every 5 weeks, and that's on schedule so it either grew faster or she didn't cut it quite as short last time. Yesterday the audiologist was able to adjust DH's hearing aids. He had thought there was no more room for adjustment, but she said there's still plenty of room to adjust them. We may take them back to her tomorrow though as yesterday after we left he thought that background noise was turned up too high. She said she had adjusted a lot, so he needs to give them some time to get used to them. He didn't want to go to FL, however, the way he was experiencing them yesterday, so we got an appointment for tomorrow in case he still thinks background needs to be turned down.
At the dentist yesterday for cleaning I got bad news. I had an old crown loose. I hadn't realized it was loose, but the hygienist discovered it. It just slipped right off when the dentist checked. But this is a tooth that had had a root canal years ago. Not the first time the crown has come off. It was a weak tooth and had broken off up in the gum. It is the very back upper tooth on left side. Dentist says best thing to do is to just pull what's left of the broken tooth and not try to put a crown back on. So they made an appointment for me with an oral surgeon on the 23rd. The first appointment will be a consultation. That was not news I wanted to hear. Enjoy your day!

Hello, I decided to get out of them house so I went to Michael's and bought some new brushes and wandered atmroung Marshall's but didn't buy anything. I was going to eat lunch out, but decided to come home instead. I'll be eating out tomorrow between tutoring sessions anyway. So I'm eating some tuna at home.
The cardiologist sent me a message to stop the Atorvastatin for two weeks and then call them.
Joyce, I'm sorry about that troublesome tooth. Is it a molar?
