Over 60 and Still Working/Sunday

Good morning!

Looks like an "away" day for at least two of us. Joyce, be safe on the road to PCB! Lynn, hope you have a lovely day. Esther, it's you and I left to hold down the fort here.

Nothing planned for me specifically. I might take a drive down to the Refuge to see the flamingos that were blown in on the storm. We've had one for five years who came in on Hurricane Michael, but these are new and they are a big attraction right now. No one knows if they will stay here or try to make their way back to Cuba or Yucatan. We'll see how they do in the colder winters we get here. I did go down last week, but could hardly see past the hundreds of photographers.

We will be on the road soon. Waiting for the dishes to be done, will only take a few minutes to put them away.

Hope Joyce and DH are enjoying their time in Florida. maryenne , the flamingos sound like a cool attraction. Hope you can see them and that the number of photographers has lessened.

Wow, flamingos. How exotic. Does that happen often?

I’m still working on cleaning up piles of papers. I let it get ahead of me.

High holiday services started this weekend. They should go with fall weather but it’s summer weather.
