Over 60 & Still Working - Monday

Good morning everyone!

Hope you've had a good weekend. It's much cooler here--in the upper 50s when I got up!! That definitely felt like fall. I have a long list of chores to get done today, enough that I'm sure they'll bleed over into tomorrow and maybe even the the next day too. Nothing is urgent, but just all stuff that needs to be done. DH has a regular doctor's appointment this morning for his diabetes check. We overslept a bit so he had to rush to get there in time. Fortunately it only takes about 15 minutes to get to the office. So we have nothing at all exciting going on, but just the regular stuff keeping us busy.

Just barely making morning! I've spent the day wrestling with the minutes from the Refuge Board meeting last week and got them out to everyone. Now DH and I are going to pick up a laptop from his former job to fix for somebody and then we'll stop at the grocery store for a few things. Will we have lunch? I would love to, but he probably won't want to.

Hello friends

I went for my last eye appointment. I now have much weaker glasses for reading and no glasses for distance. The colors are nice and bright. I’m very happy with the results.

I had a nice celebration of the Jewish New Year this weekend. I’m needing to get used to a new rabbi. At least we have the same cantor.
