Over 60 and still working/Thursday

Good afternoon!

My bloodwork was great- the parathyroid hormone and calcium are in the normal range. 
The biggest struggle I have is to rest- it is not my strong suit, but I know I need to do it to heal.

Lynn, so glad your numbers are all good! Perhaps you have a book you can read?

I had physical therapy this morning and she added some new harder things. She warned me that I might be sore this afternoon. After PT, got my hair colored and cut, ate lunch at Slim Chickens, got my car serviced at Take 5, and then came home. I think I'll just lay around this afternoon and do the NYT crossword puzzle.
