I didn’t exercise yesterday because I was sleepy. I think I might need to add a caffeinated drink mid-day. Let’s see. Today I’m upping the protein at lunch to see if that makes a difference.

Oct 18 credits: Yesterday I volunteered to help set up the workshop area at the NY State Sheep and Wool Festival. I hauled chairs and tables around and I'm paying for it this am. But I didn't eat much. Today I am leaving early to help check in workshop attendees and then I'll be home in the pm. I've eaten breakfast and am taking a protein bar with me so I'm not tempted by the Halloween candy and sweet snacks that are put out for the attendees.
Posting for the next 3 days may or may not happen. Tomorrow I'm leaving early again to check in attendees and then I'm taking a class. Sat/Sun again I'll be checking in attendees, attending the festival and then helping pack everything up in the workshop area for next year. So I'll be exhausted. But I usually get a lot of steps in and don't eat much. Going to take protein bars and my lunch so I don't buy junk food (cider donuts, etc.)

Oct 19-23 credits: Got a lot of steps in Eating was all over the place - I had to manage my hyper-acidity so ate what felt good when I needed to. Some days were better than others I didn't bother logging food or exercising
I was exhausted from long days - made longer because my friend broke her leg but her ortho said she could still volunteer. I had to drop her off at the building and then exit and park so we had to be there before all vehicles had to be removed and so that I could get a decent parking spot (not in the mud!). My feet, knees and hips were sore from standing and walking on concrete so I was taking NSAIDs which added to the acidity. I spent yesterday relaxing and feel more like myself again. I will be back to my usual routine today.

Oct 24-25: I can't believe yesterday got away from me but it did. I went to have coffee with a friend and we sat and chatted for 2.5 hours. As a result, by the time I finished food shopping, I had to do other stuff around the house and didn't exercise. Also, I had my test on Oct 24 and started taking the acid blockers again so my stomach is more settled. Yay!

Credits Oct. 22-29, cruising:
Went to the gym once! Just wasn't time with the morning tours Plenty of walking, up/down stairs, on the ship and on tours. Some dancing. Food consumption was moderate, fairly healthy Kept up with body weight exercises, every day but last one

Oct 30 credits: I sort of stuck to plan but overate at meals I was focusing on the trigger, thought, decision, action process and found myself clearly remembering that I had to read a card before eating more and deliberately saying 'nah' to myself. Need to work on this. Didn't exercise That's pretty much it. Didn't do anything else.
Going canvassing again today so will get exercise in that way. But my body is telling me I need my stretches and I need to get back into that routine.

Forgot to post yesterday that I gained 3.4 lbs. on the cruise. I was at quite a low weight before departure; one that I don't feel I need to sustain.
