Over 60 and still working/ Tuesday

Good morning dear friends!

Dental appointment this morning for a crown emergency- one fell out yesterday while I was eating a cup of grits at my favorite breakfast place in southern RI. Then bloodwork for my endocrinology appointment next week. Then going to the dermatologist with DH for a last minute appointment for a spot on his nose that has recently changed. I guess today is all medical-related.

Hi mooselady12, Lynn, looks you have a medical day! Good luck with everything.

I overslept this morning and had to forego my morning routine to get to physical therapy on time. It really was hard to pull my brain together after that. After PT, I had yoga and then had lunch with two of the women from class and then stopped for two things at the grocery. I don't think a day goes by without a stop at the grocery!
