Over 60 and still working/ Thursday

Good morning!

DH is picking grapes at the winery today. A late picking for the red grapes, they like to have a frost for the last picking. They certainly got it today. 

I am working on school stuff today. I just finished grading this week’s papers and I will send out an email later. Now I am celebrating a clear in-box with a second cup of coffee!

Good morning!

I had my first zoom yoga class this morning and it was great! It's the same teacher that I physically go to on Tuesdays and some of the same people. After next Tuesday, I'll stop PT and just do the yoga twice a week. My back and hip are getting much better, so it feels like a good plan.

I've had coffee and some apricot juice. I'll eat something soon.
