Good morning everyone!

Wishing safe travel and healing for Maryenne as she travels back home today.

Today will be an at home day after being out all of yesterday. I have plenty to do to keep me busy for the day, and then will be chauffeuring the DGKs this evening as DD is in Nashville for the rest of the week for work. I also have to make some calls to local nursing homes for a project my Woman's Club will be working on next month. In addition I'm on a committee to find us a new meeting location as the restaurant where we have been meeting is under new management, and they are no longer going to provide us a private meeting room--which we found out when we got there yesterday and another group was in our meeting space. I won't be posting tomorrow as that's my day for oral surgery. I really dread that a lot, but will be glad when it is over. I am a terrible dental patient, and the oral surgeon made it sound terrible or maybe I was just inclined to think terrible. Who knows? At least it will be over.

Hello Friends,

I'm sitting in the Charlotte, NC Airport waiting for my 6 pm flight home. I think I'm ready to be home, but I cry at the drop of a hat. James does too so it's probably just as well that I go home. I have a long list of paperwork and calls to do. James and I split it up, but there's a lot. It's complicated when it's out of the country.

Tomorrow I have a dentist appointment and then a therapy phone call. No.plans after that.

DH had his second cataract surgery today. He will be glad when it is well behind him. He is NOT a good patient. Post surgery check tomorrow and then not until the Monday after Thanksgiving. Leftovers for dinner tonight.

Hello friends

Phone conference with the nursing home today. They suggested that I get a bin for his clothes. I don’t see how that will prevent him throwing them out if that’s what he’s doing. The business office is supposed to help me apply for Medicaid for him. He is running out of money.
