Good morning! I have an early class at the university and then a few errands in the nearby town. maryenne, I am sitting by you handing you tissues (virtually). Good morning,
Thank you for the tissues, mooselady12. I've gone through a lot.
I'm sitting here debating about going to my yoga class. If I am going to go, I need to start getting ready. I'm not sure what is keeping me back. The women in the class are a caring community for me, and I'm sure some of them have gone through similar things. It feels so hard.

Good morning!
It was in the 20s again here overnight and will also be tonight, but then it will warm back up a bit. Yesterday I did get the Christmas decorations up. It's so much easier since I no longer try to do a tree. The garland on the mantle has lights and ornaments though, so we still get some of the effect of a lighted tree. The house looks really nice and festive. Our handyman is coming this morning. Our smoke detectors are hard wired with battery backup. One of the batteries is going out so that periodically it keeps beeping at us. It is very high up in the living room--at least 12 ft, so he's going to change the battery and while he is here will just have him change them in all 8 of them. After that he's going to do a repair at one of the rentals.
About 5:00 yesterday evening my gyno doctor's office called. Again my follow-up PAP came back abnormal. It's been doing that for a very long time, and she feels I have reached the point where it is necessary to take some further steps under anesthesia just to be safe. She wants me to come into the office Monday morning to discuss it further. Not the news I wanted to hear, but it was not a surprise.
