Time for a restart. This round gets us through the holidays with 3 workout weeks then ramps up in January. This is a link to the full challenge details, but here's the short version of the rules: 3 weeks of working out 3 times per week 4 weeks of working out 4 times per week 5 weeks of working out 5 times per week This weekβs goal is 3 workouts. Whatβs your plan for getting them done? Iβm planning mostly walks while the weather is nice, but likely a couple trips to the gym for some strength training as well.
