Over 60 & Still Working - Saturday

Good morning!

It is gloomy and windy here this morning. Rain is on the way, so not sure if we'll get out or not. I am feeling much better today. I need to make myself buckle down and get all the Christmas gifts wrapped. I hate wrapping so that makes me keep procrastinating with it, but time is running out.

Good morning!

We had a fantastic dinner last night, complete with a birthday cake! The baker at the restaurant made me a delicious cake- we shared it with the other diners and the staff. DH gave me a pair of gorgeous earrings - gold and pearl. He said he wanted to get something special for me after a rough year. I was overwhelmed and so grateful. Today we’ll go for a little ride, stop at the fancy pants grocery store for some stuff dfor a charcuterie board.

nashville11 , I have gifts to wrap when I get home. I’ll probably do it Tuesday as I want to finish up my grading for the semester and put it away! They aren’t due until the 28th, but there is no time like the present.
