It’s time to check in with week 1 results. The goal was 3 workouts and I got mine done with walks and strength training at the gym. How did you do? Here's the short version of the rules: 3 weeks of working out 3 times per week 4 weeks of working out 4 times per week 5 weeks of working out 5 times per week This week’s goal is 3 workouts. What’s your plan for getting them done? I’m planning mostly walks while the weather is nice, but likely a couple trips to the gym for some strength training as well. I got 5 in (on a 3-week!) with PT and bike. There will be cleaning this week and whatever else I can fit in. Have a great week

Two walks and one paddle finishing on Saturday. I have never paddled in the winter. Took a chance yesterday at 43°, but dry and no wind. It was delightful especially with the hundreds of waterfowl on the other side of the lake in a cove. Many migrating through right now. This week walking and maybe a bike ride.

Barely. 2 walks and one yoga. This week is already starting off better with two walks today of over 1.5 miles each (had to take my car in) and yoga tonight, but I also have a bunch of stuff scheduled through th3 week.

I got mine in with walks & PT. My cardiologist gave me lots of praise at today’s appointment, so thank you all again for the continued motivation to exercise each week 😁
