Good morning!
I went to bed really early last night as I was exhausted after not getting enough rest the night before. Feel much better today. DD and family gave us a Google Nest doorbell for Christmas, and our handyman is coming today to install it. It needs to be wired. It will be nice to have the camera and audio capabilities. Yesterday I got caught up on laundry and all bookkeeping so not much on today's agenda. It will be a quiet day. Enjoy your day!

Joyce, sounds like you've been productive this morning!
I had my post-holiday online yoga class this morning. I've missed it during the break, although I did a couple of You-Tube classes. It's the same teacher for the Tuesday in-person class but she plans each class differently. James gave me a great yoga bag for Christmas that has a strap to carry the rolled-up mat and plenty of room inside for the other stuff. I'll use it next week for the first in-person class.
Allison, who you may remember was my boss before I retired, texted me last night and wants to have dinner Sunday night. She was transferred to Orlando right after I retired, so I haven't seen her in some time. Then my cousin Liz texted me to have lunch on Saturday, so I've got a social weekend!

Good afternoon! Joyce, we have a Ring doorbell in MA. I love it! I hope you enjoy yours. maryenne , we use AAA for our travel plans. It’s nice to have someone deal with the airlines and the rates have always been better than doing it ourselves. DH likes to sit and talk to the person, ask questions, etc.. I have been out this morning to PO, grocery store, the $ store and then came home to get DH to go to a new coffee shop. This afternoon is dismantling the Christmas village and trying to make some sense of getting the LR back to normal. Making a black bean soup. Dinner tonight is chicken thighs, Brussels sprouts, delicate squash and salad. Rumor has it that we will be getting snow this weekend. It felt good to get my fresh fruit and vegetables and not have to deal with the last minute milk and bread crowd. Waving to Esther. Hope things are going well for her. Have a peaceful day. Lynn |

Hello friends
I wrote to the nursing home today and told them Don’s money will run out in a couple of months. We’ll see if they respond to that. They haven’t responded to phone messages.
A friend just emailed me to say she has Covid. I tested negative. I’m planning a birthday lunch for my children Sunday if nobody tests positive in the next few days.
Still trying to catch up on the bookkeeping and bills.
