We weathered the big storms yesterday with just a few things blown around. Two hours to the west of us though got hammered. Today is bright and sunny and cool.

I'm going to shower and dress and go to pick up a couple of prescriptions at CVS. When I get back, I'll try my hand at making some bread from a recipe Judy sent me. She is a master baker and tries to pick out simple recipes for me. LOL. I'll have therapy on the phone at 4.

We got hammered with a rain and wind storm, our flight got cancelled. We are re-booked for tomorrow.

Lynn, I'm not surprised that your flight was cancelled, but what a pain!

I went to CVS and Publix and now I'm home trying to make this bread. It's not rising, so either the yeast is old or my kitchen is too warm The yeast was not expired. I'm going to give it a while to rise. The recipe Judy gave me said it's supposed to double in an hour, but other recipes say it takes longer. Well, we'll see what happens.

Hope we hear from Joyce today, although with general anesthesia it might take some time.
