It’s time to check in with week 6 results. The goal was 4 workouts and I got mine done with walks, MIIT, strength training and yoga. Luckily I did a lot by Wednesday because covid caught me Thursday and I’ve barely moved since. How did you do? Here's the short version of the rules: 3 weeks of working out 3 times per week 4 weeks of working out 4 times per week 5 weeks of working out 5 times per week This week’s goal is 4 workouts. What’s your plan for getting them done? abqwow - I’m sorry you have Covid. I hope you have a very mild case and feel better quickly. I did not get mine! Started out cold, did ok in the middle of the week and then freezing again. Not a good reason, just my excuse.

Nope. I barely moved. But we started a new training program Friday so I'll at least have my watch grousing at me to get my sh!t together along with this thread.

Good morning.. ABQ I hope you feel better soon! I got mine in with walks and yoga last week. I am hoping for more of the same this week.
I will be on vacation next week so I will not check in but will catch up when I return.

I got zero. I do have an appointment with my ortho next week. Should have called sooner but I always think I’m going to be ok.

So sorry you got the virus! I hope it's mild, and you get better swiftly with lots of healing rest and hydration.
I got mine in, but barely. I do get extra exertion time actually getting dressed and undressed for this weather with all the layers. Pulling on and tying my heavy Sorel winter boots has become arduous due to my worsening grip issues. 😪

abqwow , so sorry you got zapped with Covid-19. Returning back to you all those healing thoughts that you've been sending my way. No. Two very short trips to grocery stores and library with my partner still as my chauffeur and at my side. Our weather was very cold then wet this week. Saturday we walked in the adjacent woods very slowly. I walked for 22 minutes. Sunday we did the same route and I cut it by 5 minutes. 😊

I got mine in with the usual yoga, treadmill and strength training. It's still very cold outside so all indoor workouts. This week is supposed to be a bit warmer, hopefully I can get snowshoe hike in. abqwow sorry to hear that you have COVID. It zaps your strength for sure. Feel better soon!

I got mine done with the bike and PT. I managed to get 1 walk in despite the snow and the ice. So glad we are warming up by the end of the week.
