ermabom , I just checked my WW app, it's 5 points for the Golden Home Ultra Thin Crust, whole wheat. It's nice and thin, I cook it on a pizza crisper screen thing I got at Aldi, which goes directly on the oven rack. The letting it cool a minute or two on a baking rack helps it crisp up nicely. Credits for Monday: I finally stopped procrastinating on one of the items on my to-do list, so I consider dropping the stress surrounding it self-care. Tracked my food, healthy lunch. Made a list for my Aldi run tomorrow. Heavy on veggies, NO CHEESE, NO CRACKERS! Took a day of rest, activity wise. Got my laundry assembled for this morning, only to find out they would be doing work in the laundry room today.

Feb 14 credits: Turned out to be a busy day so the exercise went by the way side. Lots of errands to run, things to arrange for my dad and others, and I just ran out of steam. Also snacked at night because I was wound up and hungry. Didn't eat enough at dinner.

I do break the meals up into B,L,D and snacks.
Wednesday credits: Weighed - up 0.2 lb. Otherwise same as Tues. except ended day 155 under target calorie goal.

Ups and downs. I got lots of healthy groceries. I have sort of done meal planning. I have tracked at least 1 meal every day. I made my crockpot split pea soup-which I just realized I had not put in the fridge! Whew. I got the laundry done first thing this morning, along w the bathroom cleaning and the kitchen floor.

I need to warm up before I do. Feb 22 credits: Struggling with exercise - my hips get really sore - hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, IT band - regardless of what I do and then I'm in pain all day Going to try some weights today - maybe they just need more strength training I was tired and cranky about the pain yesterday so I didn't log. Ate ok most of the day. Snacked and stayed up at night because I was in a rebellious mood. I will adjust today I'm also cranky because eating a vegetable heavy diet seems to involve so much more cooking work - I'm forever making salads and soups and dinner for everyone. I hope today will be better. I have a slew of errands and shopping to do and I should get going.

ermabom, this is discouraging. I hope you find a routine that will help with the exercise condumdrum. Thursday credits: Weighed - down 0.4 lb. I think I'm going to skip the running for a while, at least till I get back to the weight I was lifting in squats and deadlifts before Thanksgiving. I'll walk instead - which I hate.
