Good morning!
There's nothing new or interesting going on here. We did have thunderstorms and rain last night with a lot of lightning, but it was nothing serious. This morning is bright and sunny. We have nothing planned for the day, but I think I will make spaghetti in the Instant Pot. That recipe makes a lot, so it will be more than one meal. We'll probably have it today and tomorrow, and I'll freeze enough for a third meal for the two of us. I haven't made that in quite awhile. I need to shop for some new pants, but our clothes shopping here is very limited so most likely I'll need to drive into Memphis for that. We have a Pennys, a Belks, a Kohls, and a few boutiques but that's pretty much it for clothes. Everything else has gone out of business. I need to go to a Dillards. I usually have good luck with them. It is really difficult for me to find pants as while I am short my torso is long and that means I have short legs and most often even the petite short pants are too long for me.

Good evening!
I did a bunch of errands today- including going to the new Dollar Tree in town. They sell the daily paper for $1.25, instead of $3. I got the great grandchildren Easter baskets and fillers, stocked up on birthday cards and got DH his favorite candy bars and almond windmill cookies- my sister and his dad loved them- so we’ll have some happy memories with coffee this week.

I hope the new rheumatologist works out well. We are at the age when our doctors are retiring. They all seem so young now.

I have taken to shopping online for clothes usually from LL Bean.. The walk in stores are all closed. The Mediterranean restaurant sounds good. We have a lot of Armenian food stores here with wonderful food. There is a new Turkish restaurant, but I haven’t tried it yet.

How do you do in the cold weather? I don’t have patience for it any more.
I haven’t seen Don for awhile because of the Covid outbreak at the nursing home.
