It’s time to check in with week 11 results. The goal was 5 workouts and I got mine done with walks and a couple yoga sessions. How did you do? Here's the short version of the rules: 3 weeks of working out 3 times per week 4 weeks of working out 4 times per week 5 weeks of working out 5 times per week This week’s goal is 5 workouts, our last week of this round. What’s your plan for getting them done? It looks like we will have wind this week, so I’ll be heading to the gym instead of lots of walks. No. I had two cardiac rehabs and two walks done by Friday and then I was knocked down with a cold. I am feeling better now. I can't go back to rehab for 7 days from the onset of my symptoms so hopefully Wednesday.

Thankfully I got my 5 in before I slipped backwards off the edge of the tub where I was sitting, and painfully bruised my tailbone. My sister the PT has told me I should be ok with some gentle walking, so I'm hoping for some 20 min walks close to home this week. The way things are feeling right now at pee o'clock in the morning, I'm not too sure. 😪

I got mine in with swimming, yoga and a few walks. And I already swam today, so I’m off to a good start for this week!

Got mine done with the usual treadmill and upper body. The next few weeks are going to be hectic, my daughter is 'formally' getting married March 23 (I shared here that she secretly got married Dec '22 for the super good health insurance her then fiance had plus they had just bought a house together) and as organized as we think we are, more things keep popping up that need to be done. I think that is a '4' week, hope to keep up my stride! Count me in in for the next round abqwow, and thanks for all you do!

Cyn, oh my what a startle and painful! I hope you recover quickly! farmerdill, wishing you smooth last minute details and a lovely wedding for DD. Dashing in to say I got mine with 3 yogas, a 2.5 Mike walk on ice and snow around a lake and an airport walk. Will try to catch up with everybody soon.
