Mar 15-17: I’m sorry, I’m just too busy right now to do much of anything. I’m struggling with being sleepy from the meds - going to follow up with doc today - plus also being in pain. i also have a lot of family visiting and people coming and going and getting a lot of phone calls because my dad was admitted to hospice last week. So lots of stuff being set up. Plus he needs more care as he is less able to eat and do things himself.
I’m still making all the food and generally eating healthy stuff but some days I’m eating too much. I want to go back to exercising but time and pain and sleepiness is getting in the way.
I’ll keep posting as I am able.

ermabom, this seems like survival time. Good luck with all you are dealing with. Sunday credits: Weighed - up 1.4 lbs. Not sure why other than I have been at quite a low weight compared to my average. Mar 18 credits: Horrible day because I ate all day and didn't exercise. Saw the doc. He wants me on the muscle relaxant longer (the one that makes me sleepy) and also to continue the NSAID once a day - so I have to keep eating breakfast. But he'll give me a script for PT if I want it. I'm going to give it another week or so and then if things aren't better I'm going to PT Meditated Gave myself credit
eta: Logged food - all of it.
My intention for today is to focus on the food and eat lightly.

Didn't do as well as I planned to but better than Monday or the days before. Progress, not perfection. Same intention for today. Eat healthy food at meals, don't over eat, no snacking.

Mar 20 credits: Did OK during the day but my dad really annoyed me late at night and I anger-ate. Grrr… I need to have better control of myself.

Last day of posting for a while - traveling Friday, back on the 26th but probably won't post until the 27th. We shall see how DH and I survive NYC. Flash flood warnings Saturday, just great!
Wednesday credits:
Weighed - up 0.2 lb. Read new posts, posted Dropped off cat early to boarding facility, hence only got in evening bodyweight exercises. Did get some morning stretching in. Then we decided to have pizza/wine night, which blew my calorie plan out of the water. Ate sitting, mostly mindfully Tracked Meditated Wrote plan for today

Mar 22 credits: Did ok with eating. Read card one time when a reminder popped up. Was in a meeting when the second one did and forgot all about it on the third one.

Mar 24-25: 24th was a nogood bad day overall 25th was better. I went on a very light diet because I have a colonoscopy on Wed and avoiding fiber rich foods and eating lightly the day before the fast works better for me. Today is prep day so clear liquids only.
I'm hoping that dealing with hunger and resisting eating stuff I wanted to eat yesterday and want to eat today will help me reset to a better eating pattern after the colonoscopy tomorrow.

ermabom, bit of a coincidence we were both in NYC at the same time. March 22 credits: I did weigh before travel - up 0.6 lb. Rest of 3/22-3/26: Lots of walking. Kept up with morning body weight exercises, evening session I skipped after the first day. Ate much more starch than the norm. Other than that, meals were pretty healthy.
