Thanks for starting us up again. I was hoping for a bike ride today since I have a day off and it’s beautiful out but DS has passed on his cold to me so I’ll probably just get in a walk. Hopefully get on the bike later in the week.

Thanks, abqwowI'm hoping the weather will have enough breaks (at the right time!) that I'll be able to get in 3 good walks. If not, ill just circle my office building until I get dizzy.

abqwow, thanks again for all you do. I already have two done today with cardiac rehab in the morning and a 35 minute walk in the afternoon. More of the same for this week. Wishing all a great start.
