It’s time to check in with week 1 results, hopefully the time change didn’t throw anyone off their game. The goal was 3 workouts and I got mine done and then some - walks, weights, elliptical, and YouTube cardio videos. How did you do? Here's the short version of the rules: 3 weeks of working out 3 times per week 4 weeks of working out 4 times per week 5 weeks of working out 5 times per week This week’s goal is 3 workouts I’m planning walks and time in the gym on the weight machines again. I’ll be traveling Friday - Sunday to go to DD’s engagement party so will make sure I get them done early in the week. Yes with 3 cardiac rehab sessions and 4 walks. Increasing the time and intensity of my walks. Rehab is helping to give me confidence. More of the same this week. Have a good week.

I got mine in, with 6 walks (including a RosesWalk 🙂.) I'm so glad my bruised tailbone hasn't precluded me from walkabouts. It's finally starting to noticeably feel better. I'm optimistic about trying my exercise bike soon.

Got mine with walks and a ski day. This week is the kids school break and we’re visiting family near ski hills so will be more skiing and walks.

I got in 2 walks and it was HARD. I guess I really need this.
The weather should be improving this week, which should make getting out for more walks a tad easier.
I may check in here on the regular, if you all don't mind. I think it would be helpful.

My hip is acting up, so I got mine all in this week with PT… more of the same planned for this week, including one session completed today already.

Doh! Monday suckrox and I blew off reporting.
YF & I got 3 runs or walks including a 10k on Sunday that left a blister on the ball of my foot and pinkie toe and a yoga session after. I think it's finally getting healed up.
This coming week will include a Pi Day 3.14mi and a St Pat's Day 2 miler.

V I highly recommend these products! J&J also has the blister cushions, I believe, but I get the Senior Discount on the Walgreens brand.😉 I always have the mini friction block stick in my purse. Good luck on your runs!
