Good morning!
We had a lot of fog earlier this morning, but now it looks like it will be a sunny day. DH threw his back out yesterday lifting something up to put into the back of his pickup truck, so I expect this will be a quiet day at home here. He's alternating between a heating pad and an ice pack, and I'm giving him ibuprofen. I hope it helps soon. We are supposed to go to Nashville tomorrow to see step-son #2 and DGS whose birthday was yesterday, but right now my bet would be that we are going to have to reschedule that trip until DH is better. Having gone through so much back pain myself, I can definitely sympathize with him. He's moving very slowly, and I can see he's in pain. Of course he keeps saying, "I'm alright. I'm fine," but clearly he is not.

Esther, we haven't heard from you for a few days. Hope all is well and that you are staying busy with "fun" things.
