Good morning! Almost halfway, looking forward to the weekend already! Yesterday afternoon I was home for maybe 30 minutes before leaving to meet up with the girls for Indian food. It was delicious as always, and I have leftovers for another day. I got home before 8 and did some upper body & stretching while I watched some tv. Today I am in the office again and I think I'll have to pick Cody up from driving. If it works out that James can pick him up, I'll go home & change and then go to the gym. Otherwise I'll workout at home. James is grilling steaks for dinner (Cody's request). Cody has today & tomorrow with afterschool driving and then 3 days next week before he's officially able to have his license!! I am looking into getting a Jeep Grand Cherokee for myself, likely used with low mileage. I hardly put any miles on the vehicle and Cody loves my current Jeep Cherokee so that's what will be his vehicle. If I get the Grand Cherokee we will have 4 Jeeps at the house, lol Brandon's is a Wrangler Rubicon. No other plans tonight aside from watching some tv. There's a pizza lunch here for March madness, you turn in a bracket and get entered for a gift card. I filled one out although I really don't care to be honest aside from not a NC fan - my sister is a big Duke fan! Hope you all have a nice day! B: protein beverage, banana with PB S: meat stick L: 2 slices of pizza, diet soda D: steak, onions & mushrooms, air fryer fries, veggie Exercise: either mixxedfit at home or gym - treadmill & weights

Good morning! Glad it's Wednesday but wish it was Thursday, that seems to be the usual feeling for this point in the week! And definitely thought yesterday was Wednesday at one point. Work continues to be super busy and will be until we leave. One week! Can't wait for it to get here. It's been awhile since I've gone away for 2 weeks (or close to it). I think Australia in Feb/March 2020 right before the pandemic was about 11-12 days but since then my trips have all been about a week or maybe 8-9 days at most. It'll be nice to have such a long break from work and have plenty of time to explore Japan.
I'm in the office today and have a client lunch at noon which I hope doesn't go too long since I have a few things I need to get done this afternoon. My boss's 60th birthday is this weekend but he's away for it and then I'm away and then my coworker is away, so we decorated the office today and brought in cake and other snacks to celebrate early. Lots of food today!
I need to call someone to come out and look at our stove- last night I dropped a Pyrex container and in addition to the container shattering, it cracked the glass top on the stove so I think that's unusable until we get it replaced/fixed. I think they can just replace the glass top and not the whole cooktop but I'm not entirely sure how that works or what it costs. We also have someone coming out tomorrow to look at our guest bathtub which appears to be leaking. We rarely use it, really only when someone is staying with us, but I run it occasionally to keep the pipes moving, and water stains have been appearing on the ceiling below, so hope that doesn't turn into a major thing. Maybe one day I will not mind home ownership so much but so far in the first 3 years I don't love it!
A: kickboxing
B: grits with scrambled egg and shredded cheese L: Capital Grille.. probably seared tuna with asparagus S: if I'm hungry, maybe something from the kitchen spread.. I make chocolate Rice Krispy Treats, and there are cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and a bunch of other things D: leftover Guinness beef stew and mashed potatoes
Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi! I wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. I'm doing good, but I did not sleep well last night. I'm thinking it's due to how busy I've been since arriving here on Friday. My trip started great with quality time with Chelsea & Kim. Mike landed Sunday, and it's been nice just being together. We attended our neighborhood Saint Patrick's Day party, and now the word is out about us moving. Bittersweet for sure as we love our neighbors and community. Mike and I went out for dinner on Monday to a place downtown called Haps. We went all out with oysters, drinks, wine, ribeye (Mike) and lobster for me. I drank lots of water yesterday. lol The movers came yesterday and packed up the items designated for Georgia. It's crazy how long it took them to do so and it's like half the house; I'm glad that's behind me and look forward to a couple of days off the clock. I would like to catch up with a few friends before flying to Orange County for my aunt's 80th birthday celebration. I will stay with my mother-in-law. I will attend a family gathering (Mike's side) for Palm Sunday, and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone. I also plan to see Chelsea again before I leave for Georgia. Have a great day!

They will not release Marge until her oxygen level goes up. She is frustrated. So also feels isolated and alone. Many friends have reached out but she says she is not up to talking to them and has not responded. I fell asleep on the couch around 8:30 last night. Lily and I got in 2 miles this morning and are about to go back out before I go to work. After my WW meeting, I went to ShopRite to start getting stuff for Easter Saturday. Got my leg of lamb, saffron and luganiga for the risotto and some paper products. Add in the cat's flea treatment and it was a fairly expensive shop. But I now have enough for a free ham. Fixed breakfast and then put the stuff away. No time left for a nap today. S - Usual coffee B - Full frittata breakfast L - 1/2 ham/salami/provolone sandwich, 1.5 cups strawberries D - London broil and grilled snow peas
