Apr 22 credits: Eating was so-so. I didn’t do much of anything else because I was exhausted. Today is better though I am achey. I will go out and do some work in the yard today. Weighed and recorded Meditated Gave myself credit Resisted STs - ate carrots instead of other higher calorie snacks

ermabom , I like posting here too. But I don't mind if you want to just do the WW one. Posting here keeps me accountable listing the credits. lani, I'm fine with posting here. I was just wondering if you were ok with it. Let's carry on Apr 25 credits: It was not a good day. Not specifically for eating but I was exhausted and ended up having a melt-down in the evening. I'm going to try and get out and do some yard work today because I think the fresh air is good for my mental health. Besides that, I'm also going to try and do some of my fiber stuff because that also lifts my mood.

My Becking went out the window after lunch. We have a young friend who we consider an adopted daughter. She and Mr. Lani were scheduled to meet at the bar at a new restaurant where another bartender friend of ours has started working. To have bartender see a friendly face, etc. Then "daughter"'s actual mom went to the hospital that afternoon. Mom has had MS for many years and has ups and downs. So the husband and I decided to join DH and Kat (the daughter) at the bar to circle the wagons and give her support. Lots and lots of bar food, wine, cocktails. It was definitely the thing to do, but ass be dragging today. And I have no idea how many calories were consumed. I'm still going to attempt my Friday cardio. Here I go!

ermabom, thanks. She's doing better, still in the hospital though. Friday credits: Weighed - up 2 lbs. See yesterday's extra eating/drinking. Read new posts, posted Meditated Ate sitting, mindfully Did my trampoline cardio even though I was pretty tired. Also all my usual body weight exercises, except skipped a couple in the evening session. Tracked Wrote plan for today We had our usual FRiday pizza night after some debate. Also ordered from Round Table instead of our usual frozen Italian pizzas. Twice as many calories. But awfully tasty.

Coming to the end of another month!
