I've been stressing over a big party we've had planned for months. It's tomorrow and supposed to be raining hard. Most everyone has to drive over a mountain road to get to the venue and I'm hoping they think it's worth the effort. We are providing hotel rooms so at least they don't have to drive home the same night.
Anyway, I was thinking should I, shouldn't I, have a glass of wine with dinner. I actually opened a half bottle but it tasted off so I poured it out and saved myself from doing that.

I have stopped the NSAID and any lingering effect should be gone. Going to try a little exercise today to see if it helps or makes things worse again. Moving around all day - sitting, standing, climbing stairs, changing chairs, walking around, etc. is effective in keeping the pain at bay along with lying down when needed.
