Over 60 and still working/ Thursday

Good morning dear friends. 

It’s a bit cloudy here, rain soon. I cancelled one of my visits today since I did not have her lesson plans at 9 pm last night. I explained that we have been telling them that they don’t leave school until they have everything in place for the next day. A teacher should not be writing a lesson plan for the next day at nine o’clock at night. I let the other professor know why I cancelled and suggested that he could pay her a visit. I still have one more scheduled observation. Obviously she tends to be a bit of a procrastinator. Rant done. It’s a good thing she is doing okay in the classroom.

Good morning,

We had big storms all night long but fortunately no damage. The sun is out now and hopefully the flooded areas will dry up. They posted a list of closed and/or flooded roads and none of them are in our area.

I'm going to meet Suzanne for lunch at noon at a Mexican restaurant between where she lives and where I live. I haven't seen her in six weeks because she has had family visiting from Chicago. It will be good to catch up with her.
