Over 60 and Still Working/Monday

Good morning,

We're off to take me to the dermatologist for my annual visit and then we're going to meet a person who is buying my Kitchenaid mixer which I've only used once. DH is going with me for safety. We're meeting him at a Walgreen's parking lot.

Good morning!

I am sitting in my sunroom enjoying the wonderful sunny beginning of this day! It’s a state holiday in MA, Patriots Day. The Boston Marathon is being run today, as it is every Patriots Day. The Red Sox also have a home game on this day. I think the only difference here in the Berkshires is that state offices and maybe banks and some businesses are closed.

Our plan is to do some yard work, have coffee with a friend and maybe drive to nearby Connecticut for dinner. Our town is in the southwest corner of MA, five miles from NY and eight miles from CT.

Good luck at the derm maryenne , and good idea to have DH along for the exchange is a public place!

I wonder how close Esther is to the marathon route?
