Good morning friends!
Today is tutoring day. In between my morning student and my afternoon group, I'm going to meet a former work friend who I've known since about 1999 when I started at FDOT. She's a dear person and I haven't seen her since I retired two years ago, so I'm really looking forward to it.
I'm hoping I can talk DH into going to an annual outdoor art show tomorrow or Sunday.
Our overnight guest, DH's nephew's ex-wife, turned out to be a lovely woman. We sat and talked for quite a long time on the porch and I was sad to see her go.

Good morning! I hope your tire repair/replacement went smoothly yesterday maryenne . Sounds like you have a nice day planned today and a lovely visit with your guest last night. My back is better with some rest and a bit of time with the heating pad. I’ll continue to go through my closet and make bags for donation. I’ll drop them off at the donation site later today or tomorrow. Other than that I have no plans for today. I would like to get some pansy’s for the deck, so maybe that will be my afternoon task.
