Good morning! We are almost halfway there... Poor Cody, he's having a rough week; he called me from the bathroom at school yesterday and said he had a bloody nose and didn't know what to do!! Thankfully we know the school resource officer personally and she was able to go help him from the bathroom to the nurse's office. Of course he was wearing a white hoodie, too. Poor kid, things like that are so embarrassing to a teenager!
Last night I just fixed dinner and practiced some new MixxedFit routines. Today I'm in the office and then after work, James and I are going to our first Nationals' game of the season. Looking forward to it! I'm glad that the weather will be nice, around 72 at game time. The game starts at 6:45 so hopefully we won't be home too terribly late. Not sure if I'll WFH tomorrow or Friday yet but we'll see.
B: banana & peanut butter or breakfast sammy L: macaroni salad, hb egg, veggies, avocado, tuna - added EBB seasoning D: at the ballpark, 2 cocktails, something yummy to eat! Exercise: extra walking at the game

Morning,
So, yesterday morning around 4:45a I hear Matt falling in the bathroom. He face planted on the tile floor. Per instructions, he took his Blood Pressure medication the night before while prepping for the colonoscopy. This made him very light headed. I got him up and started to access the damage. He split his lip wide open and had a black eye. We were able to make it to the appt. but told them what had happened. His vitals were all good and his lip eventually stopped bleeding so they went ahead with the colonoscopy. Our plan was to go to Urgent Care afterwards to get his lip stitched up. As luck would have it, the Anesthesiologist was previously a surgeon and said his lip did not need stiches. Just to keep icing in. We went straight home and he went back to bed. Today's he working from home. Other then looking like he was in a bar fight, he's overall doing OK.
I'm meeting a friend at my Mom's facility and bringing lunch. At 2:00p, I have to check out a local restaurant for our next Garden Club. I'm one of the Hostesses.
No plans tonight, working out later this morning.
Here's my menu;
B = Coffee with SF Creamer Skinnytaste 2 Mini Egg and Ham Muffins
L = Making, Tuna Pasta Salad. Picked up a fresh Fruit Bowl. My GF is bringing Dessert
D = Skinnystate Taco Soup, toppings will be RF Cheese, Scallions, Jalapenos, and Tortilla Chips
Happy Hump Day!!

Good morning! Happy Hump Day. This week and last week it felt like the first couple days of the week went quickly, but then on Wednesday I keep thinking it's Thursday! Oh well, soon enough! Yesterday was quick since the hearing and the walk back took up a decent chunk of the morning and then it was nearly 2 by the time I got back from my pedicure, and had a quick call after that. I went with my sister to pick up Tristan (just an excuse to get out for another walk in the nice weather!) and then finished making dinner and worked for awhile longer and then had a relaxing evening and watched more Shogun.
Today I have in-person court again in a little bit, and a call at 11:30, but nothing else on the calendar as far as I know. If court is quick enough I'll walk home again and stop at the library on the way back. It's going to be 71 but looks like not quite as sunny as yesterday. Still great walking weather! Workout is done already, nice to have that out of the way. May try to get the bathrooms clean at lunchtime. Dinner is in the crockpot and no plans tonight so should be another quiet evening.
A: Peloton.. 40 min cardio HIIT, 20 min full body strength
B: 3 slices light whole wheat ricotta french toast S: banana L: leftover pickle brined chicken with seasoned carrots and broccoli and brown rice S: cheese stick D: crock pot buffalo chicken chili with rice
Hope everyone has a great day!

Food show was amazing. I did overindulge a bit but also ended up tossing a lot if the bite wasn't that good. Lily's monthly check up went well this morning. She was very feisty! Scale was up as I expected but not as bad as it could have been.
S - Usual coffee B - Frittata over garlic spinach, 647 wheat toast L - Hummus and cucumbers in a flax pita S - Blackberries D - Flank steak with caramelized onions and sauteed snow peas E - Walking and stretching

Hello. Late post, again. Morning was spent getting ready for workers, and time at the gym. I stopped by Atlanta Baking Company on the way home and picked up lunch for Mike & I. A 1/2 Waldorf Salad sandwich for me and a small bag of chips ~quite tasty. I would like to take a shower after lunch but ours is being repaired as I type this. The plumbing fixtures are off in the spare bathrooms so I might have to be stinky for a while. I planned to unpack a few boxes and now might be a good time. No big plans after. Have a nice afternoon.
