Good morning!
We are expecting some serious rain today. DH planted dahlias yesterday and today was going to water them. I think Mother Nature will tale care of it for us!
Joyce, MRI appointments take plan virtually around the clock. A technician told me they have to keep the machines on all the time, so they do appointments whenever.
It sounds like Maryenne is enjoying the yoga retreat.

We need to get to the grocery store for a few things later after the worst of the rain is over. Other than that no big plans here.

Oh no, so sorry about Nick ‘s accident. Is his walking getting any better? Is he still in pain?
Have you had your MRI yet?
I have had fun playing duets with a friend for the first time in a long while. I need to keep practicing!

Esther, glad you were able to spend time playing with your friend.
Maryenne, it's great that you are enjoying the yoga retreat.
All is well here. I did get the MRI, so now just waiting to get the results next Wednesday. As you read, we are very relieved about Nick's hand. The swelling has gone down some, and he's walking without a walker but barely. He's still in pain when he moves his hip, and I expect that will last several days. But nothing is seriously wrong, so all is well. I'm about to go take a lease renewal to one of our tenants for signature. This will be her sixth year with us.

Esther, the electrician has put more lighting in one of our bathrooms and has wired the lighting for the kitchen, living room and hall. Our home is a three bedroom ranch, one of the bedrooms has been re-purposed as a home office. He is changing the old closet lights from pull cords to switch operated.
Joyce, sending mojo for Nick’s healing to be swift and uneventful.
It sounds like Maryenne is relaxing and enjoying the yoga retreat.
