A quick good morning to you, my friends! I've dillydallied around and now need to get ready for my 11:30 hair color appointment. After a stop at Publix for a few things and CVS for some RXs, I'll come home.

Maryenne, I love that term "dillydallied". I've heard that term all my life here, but I thought it might be unique to my hometown. I dillydally a lot!

Esther and Lynn, hope you both enjoyed Memorial Day.

Today is our 30th wedding anniversary. Wow! Those thirty years have held a lot of experiences, but they surely have gone by fast. It's a beautiful day here, and we have reservations at a really nice restaurant this evening that we have actually never been to before, but that I have heard a lot of good things about.

The only thing we have to do today is go to the grocery store. We are having friends over for dinner- grilled burgers, roasted potatoes, salad and blueberry pie.

Tomorrow we are off to RI for the day. We want to check on the progress at the house and pick up a few things, pay some bills. And see the family!

Happy anniversary, Joyce and Nick!

Got my roots done and went to Publix and CVS. I lost my list somewhere along the way, but I think I remembered everything. While I was driving, I got some weird alerts on my car about the cruise control systems. Called the dealer and will take it in Monday. When I got home, I was overheated, so I poured myself a glass of ice water. For some reason, my ankle is swollen so I've got it propped up.

DH is working outside - the heat doesn't bother him at all.
