Good morning friends!  Hope you are all off to a great weekend.

We had planned to go to the Farmers' Market this morning, but we got up to rain and it's supposed to rain all day. Tomorrow we are going to Nashville to see stepson #2 and grandson. I hope it won't be raining then as it's never fun to drive in rain especially with all the big trucks on I-40. With this weather it will be a quiet day here.

I did my meditation out on the kitchen porch this morning and it was lovely. Cool and breezy, birds waking up. I might have gotten a mosquito bite though.

I have a 3:45 manicure appointment today - I'll leave around 3. While I was traveling, three of my nails broke, so I'm going to ask her to cut them all shorter. I think they just got too long.

We are having a perfect summer day today. I am waiting for my upstairs neighbor to move his car out of the driveway so I can get out and do errands and visit Don.

Maryenne, I hope your cousin is doing better. Enjoy your manicure. That feels good for me when I have one.

Joyce, I am sorry you need knee surgery. I hope you have a good recovery.
