Good morning!
We had heavy fog earlier, but now the sun is shining brightly. I think we have found the renters for our empty house. I need to make one phone call to verify rental history this morning, and if that is good as I expect it will be then we will sign a lease with them. Surprisingly it turns out that the young man's grandmother is someone Nick and I both knew but haven't seen in almost 30 years. This afternoon I meet with the surgeon about my knee. Hopefully I'll get a date and can get this behind me.
