Good morning! I think today is maryenne’s long day. I hope she stays cool! It has been warm but not muggy, so I have been happy about the weather. We got a lot done yesterday. Appointments set up for when we are in RI for a week. We’ll stay at a HolidayInn Express since the floors will not be ready for walking on. Today we’ll go shopping for fresh vegetables and stop by the farmer’s market. Laundry is caught up. Not much more to do here as far as housework. Have a peaceful day. Lynn

Good morning!
Lynn, it's good you can get your appointments booked together that way so as not to have to make so many trips back and forth. Our local farmer's market is only open on Saturdays, but there are a few people who have stands setup in other places during the week. One especially is quite nice.
Maryenne, hope your day will be a good one. Is it any cooler there?
Esther, it was good to hear from you yesterday. Fingers crossed the Covid outbreak at the NH will be a light one. I guess we're about to get back into that season again. Glad we have medication for it now.
It's much cooler here with a predicted high of only 83. Nice! That won't last long, but we'll enjoy it while we can. I have to make a lot of phone calls today for my Red Hatters club. This is my month for calling to remind everyone about our lunch meeting on Monday. I'd much rather send out texts, but some of them don't read emails or texts so it's phone calls. Fortunately I only have to do this once a year.
I just got back from taking DD back home as she returned my car for the weekend through Monday. She'll get it again Monday late for the rest of the month. They're going to be out of town this weekend so she won't need it, and I do need it on Monday. DGD has a stress fracture in her ankle and is in a boot. They had just come from the doctor's office when she came by with the car.
We made hotel reservations yesterday to visit Amish country in Holmes County, Ohio for Sept 15 to 20th. It's been a few years since we've been, so that will be a nice change of pace. Hopefully that will be a good time of year to see them out harvesting the crops in the fields. That should be interesting, and the countryside itself is beautiful.

Hi I'm finally home after my looong day. Back-to-back tutoring ended with my 2- hour MRI. I'll check in tomorrow. Hugs!
