Over 60 & Still Working - Tuesday

Good morning!

We're under extreme heat warnings again for today and tomorrow. Heat indexes supposed to go to 112. Yesterday I ran several errands, and chauffeured DGD to cheer practice. It was nice to have my car back. This afternoon I want to go walk at the indoor track. I let that slip while I was without my car.

Nick had his first PT yesterday, and he was pleased. He thinks it is going to help, so I am glad about that. I expected him to come home saying it was a waste of his time, and he wasn't going back. So to hear him say he thinks it is going to help was a definite win!

I am off to drop off my car for inspection and then DH and I will have our annual wellness visits with our PCA. Then spend the day with our BFFs.

Hello!

I wrote postcards this morning and then took them up to the little post office, among with DH's primary ballot and his jury summons (too old now). Now I'm watching the women's gymnastics. I'm going to make Mexican Lasagna for dinner.
