Good morning friends,
Joyce, how was your doctor's appointment yesterday?
I have PT this morning - first one at this particular place and therapist. The location is more convenient than the one I went to last year and it's also near Publix, so I'm hoping I like the guy.
August will be a slow month for me - no yoga classes because the teacher is taking the month off. I need to get my head in a place to stay busy.

Good morning!
Maryenne, I hope you will be as pleased with your PT sessions as Nick has been with his first one. He also goes back for another session today. Thanks for asking about my BP appointment.
I did see the doctor yesterday again. I had thought he would adjust the dosage of the BP medicines I am on now, but instead he is adding one on called Metoprolol. He warned me, however, that I need to watch closely to make sure this one doesn't drop my heart rate too low as sometimes that can be the case with this particular medication. My heart rate tends to run fast, however, so I'm not expecting that to happen. Still I'll definitely watch for it. He said if it does to stop the medicine and call him, and we'll try something else. Also he was going to have his nurse contact the company that is supposed to be sending me the oximeter for the sleep study to find out why I haven't received it yet and hopefully speed it along.
Then after DD got back from Chattanooga I went with her over to tour their new house. It is beautiful, and I think they will be very happy there. I am happy for them. The workman right now is laying the new flooring to replace the carpet in the downstairs. They hope to be moved in around the middle of the month, but they have until the 30th to vacate their current house.
