Good morning everyone!

I hope you are all looking forward to a good day. It's another gloomy one here thanks to Debby, but at least we're not getting the rain or winds. Tomorrow the sun is supposed to be back, and I'm looking forward to that. I'd much rather have the heat than the gloom. Nothing special is planned for today.

A late hello! I had a 7:30 PT appointment, which didn't start until after 8. Then my annual cardiology appointment. He said everything is great and come back next year.

Cool, cloudy and some rain today. We did a little grocery shopping and that was about it for the day!
