Over 60 & Still Working - Tuesday

Good afternoon!

Everybody must be running late today. I got a haircut this morning, we went out for lunch, and I've been exercising this afternoon using the new stationary bike we bought which I think I'm really going to like. It should be good for my knees and Nick's legs hopefully. This afternoon I'll pick DGD up from school, and other than that there is nothing going on here. It's a pretty mundane life, but I love it.

Joyce, I like my mundane life too. I had physical therapy at 8:45, then took myself to breakfast, and then went to Firestone because my tire pressure light wouldn't go off. Well, two hours later, they said they just had to reset it. So all's good. This afternoon I'm writing some Vote by Mail postcards. Tomorrow morning I have an 8 am dental appointment so I'll probably be late again.

Went to my annual physical yesterday. She thinks I may have tendinitis in my hip. I called the orthopedic office to schedule a shot, but I have to wait five weeks for the appointment. I guess I’ll just live with the pain for a while longer. The PCP did some tests for Alzheimer’s which I passed. I wasn’t worried about my mental state.
This afternoon I went to the Harvard Art Museum with a group from the senior center. I’d like to go back on my own and spend some time there.
