Good morning everyone!
We got back home yesterday, which was a little sooner than originally planned, but we had a lovely trip. The weather was perfect and the scenery beautiful. It was just a nice, relaxing get away. As usual, though, it always feels good to get home. Today I need to get us unpacked, do laundry, and just the typical things to begin our normal routine.

Welcome back Joyce!
My excitement is that I saw my podiatrist yesterday for foot and ankle pain. I have neuritis and tendinitis and will be sporting a lovely knee high walking boot for the next 4 weeks or so. I had to order a device to put on my shoe on the other foot to even out the height of the boot and shoe. The boot sole is quite thick. This was my first Amazon order in years- since Amazon was primarily a book company!
I hope Maryenne has a great time with Thomas and his family.
We’ll head out in a little bit to get the Voltaren gel for my foot and ankle. My doctor doesn’t like to prescribe even the NSAIDs when a topical will do.
I had just slightly increased my daily walking! I am not one to sit around but I pretty much need to for the next two weeks. In the big picture this is nothing but a little road bump in the path of life.
