Good morning! It's always so nice coming home to a clean house. I went to the gym and did weights first and then realized that Zumba had started so I popped in there for a bit for my cardio rather than walking on the treadmill. The instructor asked me if I wanted to lead a couple songs but I didn't have my connector with me for the speaker since I was in the weight room, so I told her next time! James had a pork tenderloin in the oven, so we just made side dishes & then got to relax the rest of the evening.
Today I'm WFH and waiting for the repair man to come take a look at the fridge/freezer. We had to toss a bunch of stuff yesterday but some of the meats were still mostly frozen so we can at least go ahead and cook those. ALWAYS SOMETHING - adulting isn't fun. Thankfully we got the appointment to get it fixed but I'm never too optimistic that they can fix things right away. We have an extra freezer in the garage but it doesn't typically have much extra space. Cross your fingers that they can fix it today. It really stinks to have to throw out a bunch of food!
Tonight I'll just cook dinner and practice some of my routines for class. More rain today.
Hope you all have a great day!
B: Special K cereal S: blueberries L: probably a sandwich on 647 D: we have ground beef thawed and boneless thighs, sauteed green beans, other side TBD Exercise: MixxedFit at home

Good morning! Only Wednesday?! Yesterday was quick but also long if that's possible. I left for Reading around 8 and didn't get back until after 3. Traffic was terrible getting out there and it took me 2 hours and I was almost late for the hearing. Fortunately it hadn't started yet and we ended up talking out in the hallway with the other side for awhile trying to resolve. That fell apart so we went back in and started arguing the motion, then ended up back in the hallway to try to settle, two more times LOL. The clients hate each other so they were fighting and it felt a bit like babysitting at times, but the motion did resolve amicably in the end although I legitimately thought someone was going to throw a punch on the way out the door. After that I went to late breakfast/lunch with my client at a diner nearby (not a whole lot near there) and ended up there for 2.5 hours. It was fine, talked about a bunch of cases and other stuff but man I felt exhausted by the time I got home after another 1.5 hour drive. At least the work day was nearing the end by then! The Phillies game was fun last night even though they lost badly. It was gorgeous weather (definitely hoodie weather!) and we had first row seats behind the Cubs dugout and the baseball food always hits the spot. We ran into some other friends there too and it was just a nice night for baseball even if the baseball itself wasn't great! Glad to be WFH today so I could sleep in a little. I have a Zoom hearing at 10 then will work out after, and then I think it'll be a relatively quiet day. No plans tonight. A: 40 min cardio HIIT, 10 min glutes and legs, 10 min core B: fried egg and avocado on 2 slices light whole wheat toast L: leftover buffalo white beans with roasted cauliflower S: dry Corn Flakes D: nacho soup Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning! Sorry I missed posting yesterday, I meant to. My day started with a simple mammogram, but they ran behind and I was there for 3 hours. Bella had a vet appt at 2, and we were there an hour. I had a chiro/therapeutic massage at 4:15p and arrived home at 6. Today, my plans include going to the gym, picking up a few things at Kroger, and PT this afternoon. Fun times for sure. Georgia is in the storm zone and a lot of rain is expected in the next few days with heavy gusts of wind. I pray it's not as bad as expected. I might run by Walmart for some battery-operated candles. We experienced a power outage a month or so ago lasting several hours. I hope you all have a good day! B-Usual L- HEALTHY Salad with 3 types of lettuce, tri-colored baby bell peppers, grape tomatoes, radish, celery, etc. I will top it with seeds/slivered almonds & drizzle lemon-infused olive oil ** I plan to make enough salad to last several days D-LO Terikayi Udon Noodle & ground turkey stirfry with broccoli, cauliflower, pea pods and carrots The only bad thing about eating so healthy is the bloat from all the veggies.

Morning,
Today and tomorrow are beautiful days. Mid 70's and Sunny. Rain does move in Friday and over the weekend. We really need the rain, so I don't mind.
My sister Terri and I are taking my Mom today to a Farm Stand/Shop/Cafe later this morning. It's a 45 minute drive. She's really looking forward to it. She's doing pretty well these days overall. We decorated her room for Fall and it looks adorable.
No plans this evening, going to workout soon. I volunteer tomorrow AM, so I'll post on Friday.
Making Linguine and Clams for Dinner, here is my plan:
B = Coffee with SF Creamer 1 fried egg with 1 slice of toast
L = Probably Soup and Half Sandwich
D = Linguine and Clams
Happy Hump Day ladies ~

Vet appointment ran late so I was late to my meeting so I was later than normal getting to work. And my allergies are awful but I can't take anything due to surgery tomorrow. Enough complaining. It's not a nice day but not a bad day. Chiro after work which I am looking forward to.
S - Usual coffee B - Full frittata breakfast L - LO pork on 1/2 lite EM, eggplant bruschetta S - Cantaloupe D - Lean burger with Velveeta and sliced onion, Nibble potatoes, maybe a small salad E - Walking and stretching
