I stayed up late watching the debate and then slept well. James will come and take me to lunch; otherwise I'm by myself today. I'll start working on a batch of postcards for Sherrod Brown in Ohio.

I just realized I didn't make it here yesterday, but for no good reason. I just forgot. Nothing eventful is happening here though. I am also working on postcards today to get out the vote in Michigan. Like Maryenne, I stayed up later than usual watching the debate.

It's a beautiful day here which is such a nice change after all the wet and gloom.

A quick stop by. We bought a new dining room table and chairs today. The store only sells furniture made in the USA. I love the stuff we bought.

Tomorrow is less exciting. Mammogram and bone density scan. Then I will go wild and buy some new towels and rugs for the bathrooms.
