Good morning! Almost Friday. This week feels normal-length I guess? Not fast or slow really. Yesterday sort of felt long with going to the late kickboxing class and being in the office from 6:45-3:15 before I left, but then getting done that and just coming back for an hour was nice! I don't do that class often, only when I have something in the morning and there's not an early early class that day, but at least it's an option if I need it. After work I watched the Phillies (or as much as I could tolerate before they lost LOL) and then another horror-ish movie. It's funny how I almost never watch movies (of any kind) on weeknights, or really very often in general, but then October hits and I get obsessed with spooky movies! But then don't watch them the rest of the year.
I'm home today and it doesn't look too busy. I have a virtual seminar at 10 but I don't really have to pay too close attention. I was originally supposed to have 3 hearings tomorrow but 2 have already been moved, waiting to hear about the third, so that would make today (and tomorrow) quieter! We'll see what happens. No plans tonight but may meet my friend for a drink after work since I've avoided going out with him the last 2 nights (I'm too much of an emotional trainwreck to watch a lot of big games in public!) Ready for the weekend!
A: 40 min cardio HIIT, 20 min glutes & legs strength
B: fried egg and avocado on 2 slices light whole wheat toast
S: banana
L: leftover spicy honey chicken and mac & cheese, green beans
S: carrots with dip
D: tomato feta orzo soup
