Good morning! Yesterday flew by and my hearing went well. We won't get a decision for probably a couple months but it was the other side's appeal and I don't think there's any chance the appellate court overturns the original decision in our favor. It was really nice out for the walk there and back too. Later in the day Kamala was at the deli near my old apartment (and only about a 10 min walk from my current place) so I walked over there to see if I could see anything but it was pretty well tented off. Other than that I was home with no calls or anything else on the calendar so I got quite a bit done, hoping for more of the same today. My hearings for tomorrow also look like they'll be moved, so it could be a quiet end to the week.
I have book club tonight and we're going to a brewery that has really good pizzas so I'll probably get dinner there assuming I don't get home early enough to eat beforehand. The book for this month was a kind of gothic-ish horror novel so should be a fun discussion. I think the brewery closes at 10 too so at least it won't be too late of a night!

Good morning, I had a nuclear Bone scan yesterday, and I'm pretty certain no new concerns will be revealed. My sternum is enhanced (same as MRI) and I'm curious to know what exactly is going on with it. I know it's accident related. The whole procedure takes more than 4 hours but 3 of the hours are spent waiting for the radioactive material to do its job. I had a manicure/pedicure and sushi lunch. I chose a Bento Box which includes sashimi, sushi roll, 3 sushi pieces, cucumber salad and 2 ?? They were fried like a dumpling. I ate every single bite. Today: Gym class, Cleaners are coming and we are having additional shutters installed on the windows next to our front door and in the loft. Mike arrived late last night, and we haven't had a chance to discuss our plans today. His team (Rams) are playing tonight so I know we will watch that. I need to run and will check back later. B- Cream of Wheat L- Salmon salad sandwich and Kiwi D- Stir Fried Udon noodles with various veggies

Please send prayers for Margie. Carol said it's the worst she has seen her. She had her first round of radiation yesterday, has another today and the last on Friday before they reassess. They have had to really increase her oxygen since they are not getting her out of bed. She can barely talk above a whisper. She admitted she is terrified. Her brother Ambi and friend Joe will go over today and I will go after work.
Is anyone here watching the show High Potential? I'm really enjoying it and the new Matlock

Hi guys, hope you are all doing well. I had a meeting at 9am and still have a couple more scheduled today. My hair appointment was nice & quick, just got my all over color & skipped the trim this time. I'm finding since I do color every 6 weeks I can just do the trim every other time. I fixed dinner and mostly relaxed last night. I was so sleepy.
Today I'm in the office & then teaching class tonight. We'll have dinner after & then I will try to get to bed around 9:30 again. I can sleep a little later tomorrow since I am WFH and can't wait to sleep in Saturday!! I know the weather looks great for a boating day but I'm not getting up early. lol
