I started off my day by th asking myself for doing so much. It’s been helpful. I just finished lunch and gave myself credit for eating slowly.

Hello all,
My biggest credit today is having an awesome on plan day after a day and a half of less than stellar eating. I’m proud of myself for not saying let’s just wait until Monday because I can still weigh in with a decent number.

10 credits from today: 1) FaceTime workout with my sister to start the day 2) Read ARCs 3) Ate seated at the table 4) Stayed on plan 5) Tracked all meals 6) Met daily water goal 7) Menu planned for next week 8) Prepped meals/snacks for start of the week 9) Closed all three Apple activity rings 10) Ate a small treat that fit within my plan

I have been paying attention to my reminders to stop and read my ARC when I get the alert. It really helps to remember to read them slowly and think about what I am reading rather than scan them quickly.
Still working on eating slowly and mindfully. Practice, practice, practice

My credits for today are:
Exercised Meditated Planned meals and made the grocery list Made a big salad and plate of raw veggies
I need to do better with eating seated as I’ve gotten a little lax. I’m better at putting my fork down between bites, though, so that’s something.

I’m still working like others on putting fork down and chewing more , leisurely eating is coming back slowly. I’m still at work and am looking forward to the next few days off. I gave myself credit and thanked myself,

I had forgotten that I had stepped on the scale yesterday, so I have weighed myself everyday this week.

I got on the scale this morning. I also was midnfule yesterday and worked more on giving myself credit as well as reading my reminder cards.

Back from travel and other diet traps (major fail; major gain) and spending some time thinking about my choices. Getting back on track today. Weighted myself, ate and tracked my breakfast, drank two cups of water, and going out for a walk.

I have weighed this morning and read my arc's. Yesterday I ate mindfully and tried to pay attention to those little thoughts and give myself credit.
Today and tomorrow I am travelling. A fast trip to Austin, TX today and return tomorrow. It's about 5 hours each way but I get to see my DD's for a bit. I will try and find a menu before we go out to eat tonight and plan for my eating.

Here. Continuing daily weights. Working on slow and mindful eating. Continuing to journal. Reminding myself why I am doing this, daily reset. Formulating exercise and diet plan in order to see progress on the scale but there is no rush.

I have gone from weighing myself daily until the last few days. Got to get into my head as to why I am not doing the one consistent thing I've been doing since last September.
Today I will eat what I have pre-planned. If it's not on my plan, I'm not eating it. If it's something I really want, I'll work it into the plan tomorrow.

Here. Daily WI down 0.2. Read ahead FS #6 and made new cards. Decided to put aside my many BDS cards for now. This is my second Diet Trap Solution review and I want to focus just on it. I will be making up more cards than the last time.

My planned day for yesterday (Wednesday) was a bust. I did pre-track my food but I ate whatever the freaking hell I wanted. That was not good. I did go on two walks, so that's a credit.
Starting again today. First thing is I did step on the scale and now I know where I stand. I have my food pre-tracked for today. I will be emailing my coach. I am working today so that will help me stay busy.
I'm not sure what is making me resisting this so much. I have work to do.

One of my ARCs is the good feeling that I'll have when I see friends or relatives and weigh less. Last night we had a birthday party for my DMIL and I can't tell you how good it felt be there and be thinner. I felt great having my picture taken.
