No exercise because I had my second cataract surgery yesterday. I won't be exercising today or tomorrow and then I'll start with walking slowly. No strenuous exercise for a week.

I've been well within my calorie goals for the past while, however, I've been indulging in more sweets than I feel I should. I'm attributing it to the stress of the deluge we've been living with (rain, floods, landslides). Not affecting me personally so far other than power outages, but the constant warnings on the news are stressful. So cutting myself some slack on this one.

I've been having more sweets than I feel I should. Justifying 'cause of stress with all the endless rain, flooding, mud and landslides, etc. Hasn't affected me personally, but one relative got first floor of beach house flooded and filled with sand/mud.
