Falling behind. Had to rise early on Tuesday and take His Nibs to the vet for annual physical and rabies. He was adored by all. Can't remember why I didn't post Monday's stats.
Monday credits:
Weighed - down 0.8 lb. Read new posts, posted Meditated Strength & flexibility exercises Tracked Ate sitting, mindfully Ended day 465 calories under plan Wrote plan for Tuesday
Tuesday credits:
Same, except wt. was down another 0.8 lb. Ended day 95 calories under plan Only did evening strength & flexibility exercises Not sure of today's plan - going out to dinner. I just picked a large number. Hard to track those outside meals!
